Ifa pernah nulis di agenda di tahun 2012
Kalau ifa pengen banget kerja di perusahaan FMCG
Dulu karena sering lihat dari majalah terus juga sering ngamatin perkembangan produk
Jadi selalu berfikir bahwa sepertinya seru banget nih kerja di industri ini.
Dan ifa berusaha mencari tahu lebih banyak, mencoba mencari kesempatan lebih banyak
Sampai akhirnya Januari tahun 2013, ifa bisa magang di Kraft Food Indonesia
It was one of the meaningfull experience i've ever had !
Seriously, it wasn't easy ! Totally not !
Ifa akuin ifa banyak ngelakuin kesalahan, banyak ngeluh dan kerjanya pun gak terlalu maksimal.
Tapi it was finally through  ! Although some sales target weren't achieved haha
Dan pengalaman di Kraft lah yang salah satunya menjadi big difference between me and another candidate ( narsis dikit wkwk)

Pas makin tahu kalau ternyata real lifenya FMCG terutama divisi marketing adalah kayak gitu, gue malah makiin semangat untuk kerja benerannya di FMCG juga.
Awal-awal lulus masih sangat idealis, applynya cuma ke perusahaan FMCG aja both mnc or local
Tapi susahnya adalah kebanyakan FMCG nge-hire fresh grads adalah dengan jalur MT yang pastinya saingannya bejibun! Serius kadang-kadang ada yang applynya ribuan tapi yang dibutuhkan cuma puluhan.
Lama-lama mulai mencoba apply ke industri lain yang kira-kira lumayan challenging juga
Tapi hati masih tetap aja sih nyangkut ke FMCG.

Sampai akhirnya, ifa lagi berproses di 2 perusahaan.
Industrinya beda, 1 FMCG dan 1 Airlines
Prosesnya udah sama-sama jauh, bahkan medcheck pun di minggu yang sama cuma beda hari.
Kalo soal benefit masing-masing ada plus minusnya sih hehe
Dari pas mau medcheck, sebenernya kegalauan udah mulai ada
Mulai mikir kalau diterima 2duanya, harus ambil yang mana yah ? ( geer banget haha)
Banyak cari tahu dan ngobrol sama orang tentang pilihan apa yang harus diambil
Dan jadi makin galauu haha
Karena memang sebenernya yang tau jawabannya adalah Ifa sendiri,
Dan akhirnyaa ifa memilih....
